Absolutely.
Just because he's wealthy and somewhat unpopular with some people doesn't mean he doesn't deserve the same justice as anyone else who has been fucked over. In fact him making it newsworthy (suicide attempt apart) will probably help the other less well off people that HBOS also fucked over.
